Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a fabulous way of managing a whole host of situations and emotions.
EFT can offer us self reliance as we don't require any gadgets or props - we simply use our fingers to tap on ourselves. We tap in a pattern or sequence on key tapping points on our heads, upper body and sometimes hands focusing on the emotion or situation that is troubling us.
I trained as an EFT Level 2 Practitioner a few years ago and its fair to say that I was unsure and even sceptical about this technique. I use EFT with many of my clients as well as for my own purposes and have seen great benefits. It does feel a little strange at first but once you get beyond this and start to see the benefits it can become a tool for life.
